Orders from non UK countries are subject to currency conversion fees and additional shipping charges which are not represented on this site as we do not have the facility to calculate this online. | Guarantee We are committed to ensuring total satisfaction with our goods. In the case of our handmade goods, note that there are variances in sizes inherent in the manufacturing process. All leather goods are un-stretched and therefore contain blemishes as found on the untreated leather. These blemishes are not faults but characteristic of natural leather goods made in this fashion. Blemishes do not imply substandard leather goods, the leather is as it came from the animal and cut to the requred shape and size. In the case of all leather outer items, regular treatment with a suitable leather food is required to ensure the longevity of the products. We cannot take responsibility for water or mud ingress where the leather has not been regularly maintained and treated in accordance with the conditions and frequency of usage. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
