 Who are unbeatentracks?Unbeatentracks started as an informal partnership of the Muirden family & close friends from South Africa. In 1998 John realised that the products being manufactured for sale in South Africa could also benefit the British offroad and outdoor community, as this sector is under-catered in inexpensive but quality goods. So he brought some of those products to the Land Rover Owner International show at Billing that year, where he would have gone as an enthusiastic visitor anyway. These items, mainly hats and boots, were well received and orders for more were immediately placed. John decided to supply restricted lines via mail order as a result of these orders.
The supply has increased annually to cope with the equally increasing demand, made more popular by the occasional TV appearance of those same products which have no high-street franchised outlet in the UK & Europe. The name unbeatentracks was informally adopted two years after trading commenced so that a suitable dedicated website catalogue could be made available to all interested parties.
Over the next 4 years the business has grown substantially, and in late 2002 John decided to permanently name the company Unbeaten Tracks Ltd, and we made the decision to commit to a full ecommerce site to ease the mail-order process and ensure that the ordering capability is available during hours to suit you.
